Virtual Studio Networks (VSN) combined with Palette Music Studio Productions (MSP), offers world-class studio production services driven by the talents of its founder, Jeff Silverman. The VSN online music recording studio allows you to participate with Jeff Silverman in your recording session no matter where you’re at in the world!
With a decent Broadband or WIFI connect, we can easily hook up directly from your home, office or studio
We’ll use simple devices to connect such as your laptop or desktop computer with iTunes, your telephone and a pair of headphones! We can also video chat and screen share.

The facility is located just 20 minutes East of Nashville, in Mount Juliet, TN – “The City Between The Lakes. ”
The studio has a private entrance with ample parking. Our intention was to build a facility capable of creating radio ready records with world class production, while maintaining the comfort and intimacy necessary for performing and songwriting. The 2017 studio upgrade features the latest version of Pro Tools 12 HD with 2 HDX cards, allowing for over 500 tracks of audio playback while using the Mac Pro “trash can”, Focusrite Red 8Pre and Avid 192 audio interfaces. Palette Studio also features the new Slate Media Technology RAVEN MTi2 control surface, Slate VMS ML-1 and ML-2 virtual microphones, Universal Audio Octo Satellite, Waves and just too many plugins to list! :)
The Control Room is intentionally designed to be very spacious, with lots of natural light. Great care has been taken to optimize the acoustic sound of each room, utilizing anything from non parallel walls, to various wall treatments. Cutting room 2 has french doors that allow for very easy visual communication between the engineer and the musician / artist. Strings and acoustic guitars sound bright and open in this room. Cutting room 1 has more of a softer warm sound that’s great for vocals, drums and electric guitars. Tie lines including XLR, midi, speaker and ethernet / wireless connections are available throughout the studio.
If you wanted to take a quick break, we’re only 2 miles from Interstate 40, with easy access to hotels, restaurants and shopping. Long Hunter State Park provides opportunities for picnicking, hiking and boating. We’re also only 14 minutes from Nashville International Airport and only 20 minutes from downtown Nashville & Music Row, which provides convenient access to world class musicians.
